Network Information
Medica Elect and Medica Essential are identical care system products with different provider networks. Select the plan with the network that best meets your needs. If you have questions, your broker or Medica representative can help.

Care System Designation: The primary care clinic a member chooses determines his/her care system.
Referral Process: Medica Elect and Medica Essential members can see any provider within their care system without a referral. In order to receive care from a provider outside the care system, both Medica Elect and Medica Essential members must receive a referral from their primary care clinic.
